Feed-point Connector for Inverted V Dipole Antenna
Do you need a feed-point connector that is sturdy enough to last for years? Then here it is! This connector is inexpensive to make and will rival a store bought one.

Stainless steel hardware is suggested for this project but the eye bolts do not have to be stainless steel. The eyebolts are only for mounting the feed-point connector and for attaching the elements. There is no electrical connection to the eye bolts and so it does not matter if these begin to rust in a few years. Insulated wire for the antenna elements will work best with this feed-point connector but heat shrink tubing can be used as an insulator on bare copper wire elements.
